Boot Camp classes consist of a wide variety of interval based training using weights/objects and equipment. Classes are planned to lose body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and help people get into a regular routine.

A complete exercise method dedicated to improving physical and mental health. Pilates focuses on building your body’s core strength and improving you posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching, and conditioning exercises. You will increase your core strength (back, abdominal and pelvic floor), improve your flexibility and agility and at the same time tone your stomach and thigh muscles.
Our popular junior Thai-Boxing Academy is a fantastic class for children of all abilities. Our fully qualified instructors teach using structured classes planned to maximize the development our students, in a fun and inclusive atmosphere.

Whilst we focus on all aspects of fitness, we are particularly specialised within the disciplines of Thai boxing, and we have some of the most elite trainers in the World. Amongst our trainers are gym owner Pete Crooke, a former World Champion Muay Thai fighter who has competed against the best Thailand, Europe and the rest of the World.
This means your trainers are professionals in the art of Muay Thai who understand the training, preparation and dedication needed to be the best in their field.
At Evolution we recognise that Muay Thai is a martial art which can be used for self-defence but that’s not what were about. We teach the mantra of ‘common sense before self-defence’ and our instruction focusses on self-confidence and physical strength and agility. These skills can often be far more effective in dealing with situations than the use of force. For those who wish to test their skills we provide help and assistance in the form of taking part in competitions. This is great fun for participants and fans that can support the Evo team and meet fellow enthusiasts from across the country.

Ideal for ladies who want to combine a fun, calorie burning class with elements of Thai-boxing. This class is the utilisation of lots of cool Thai Boxing moves accompanied by upbeat music, it’s fun, it’s fast and energetic and there’s always lots of laughter and smiles. The classes themselves are designed to suit female physical strengths and are fantastic for improving overall wellbeing and confidence. The combination of impact training with cardio exercises and some great music helps to de-stress and let off some steam on the pads and bags with the guidance of Champion instructors.
Using resistance exercises involving weights, barbells and body weight we tackle the lower body in our Bums & Tums class. We try our best to design the class to each individual and no matter what ability; we can help you target those common problem areas: the bum, legs and abs. By mixing up this class every week with different routines and exercises youre sure to be losing inches in no time.
This class is designed to maximise full body toning using a circuit of exercises. If you like your workout none stop with tons of benefits from toning to fitness and strength improvements then this is for you.
